Rules for using hin&her.
Scope, age, and account
These terms govern the free hin&her service. Users must be at least 16 years old. Minors need their legal representative's consent where applicable. Users must provide accurate information and protect their access credentials.
Groups and expenses
Group users can manage participant names, choose their current participant identity, and share or reset the common group link. Users remain responsible for entries, splits, payment details, comments, and receipts.
Acceptable use
Illegal, harmful, deceptive, discriminatory, or rights-infringing content and attempts to disrupt or misuse the service are prohibited.
Content moderation
Potentially illegal content can be reported under Article 16 DSA. Decisions are made carefully and affected users are informed where required.
Availability and termination
We aim for reliable availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Accounts may be deleted by their owners; serious misuse can lead to restrictions.
Law
German law applies to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law.
